I've been looking for a cold press juicer, but the ones I've been eyeing are all very spendy, and since I've never used a juicer of any kind before, I was hesitant to lay out the money without knowing if I'd stick with it. At the time of this review, this juicer is selling for 78.99 so I decided to give it a whirl. I appreciate that this juicer can disassemble to allow for easier cleaning of all the different parts, and so far it's handled all the veggies and fruits I've put in it. I haven't tried the truly hard veggies like sweet potatoes and beets yet, but I do plan on cutting those up first because I don't want to strain the motor. I work in batches with this juicer, pulling together the items for one type of juice (green juice, carrot apple juice) and try to work as quickly as I can. I can usually get just about a half hour of use before I need to allow it to cool down. I do notice that some veggies and fruits can leave a bit of pulp in the juice - a small, fine amount. I placed a strainer over the juice cup and that cut down on it significantly. The pulp is dryer than I anticipated, and because I don't want to waste anything, while I'm letting the juicer cool down I add the pulp into my smoothie maker for extra nutrients and fiber. Overall, I'm very pleased with how well this works, and while I wish it had a longer run time before it needs to cool down, it's performing better than anticipated for an entry level, first juicer machine so I can't deduct any stars for that. This juicer is definitely well-designed. I love that it has two separate parts, one for the juice and one for separating the pulp. It makes juicing so much cleaner and easier. Although you need to cut up your fruits before putting them in, the process is straightforward, and the juice comes out really well. It's a cold-pressed juicer, so you get all the benefits of fresh juice. Plus, it's super easy to clean and doesn't take up much space in the kitchen. I'm happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good juicer. Read more

This is the first cold press juicer I've owned and I was very impressed how easy this unit was to use. It comes with excellent instructions that are very easy to follow, and once assembled will generate a glass of juice in short order. Cleanup is especially easy (hot water rinse) and best of all, it doesn't have sharp blades which are always a challenge to work around. The unit has two filters, one for hard produce and another for soft. I tested my unit first with carrots and celery, and next with chopped & unpeeled apples and the machine had no trouble at all in extruding the juice from the pulp & peel. The flavor was fresh & delicious tasting. I really enjoyed using this juicer and am looking forward to experimenting with other fresh produce from my garden. I recommend! Read more

Although it could have come with better instructions, it wasn't too complicated to assemble. It works wonderfully well. I put a coarsely chopped sweet potato in it and I saw juice within 5 seconds. It's quiet but powerful. There are a lot of pieces that can disassemble so you can break it down and really get it clean. It comes with the two plastic cups and two plastic filters; one for soft fruits/veggies and one for more solid ones. I also like that it is not a bulky machine taking up a lot of counter space.
