I have recently received this starter and already was able to try in action. My parents old car stopped few days ago and I came to help with this small helpfully thing. They were amazed how fast and helpfull it was . We start a car right away. So I'm very pleased with it and happy with a choice. The instructions for this device are somewhat difficult to follow, so it is essential to “try out” the features with the instructions next to you before you find yourself needing its functionality at 2am in a dark parking lot. Thankfully, with the instructions in hand and a little trial and error it becomes much more easy to understand how to get it to work. The air compressor function was easy to set up and quickly inflated my tire to the specified level. However, I noticed that battery life seems to be fairly limited. I started with 90% battery life before quickly inflating a tire from a 28psi to 30psi. After inflating just the first tire, the battery level to 68%. Inflating tires drain the battery rapidly. I expect that jump starting your car drains the battery even more rapidly. Thankfully, recharging through the USB-C port is actually rather speedy too. The inflator also has attachments and settings for inflating bicycle tires and balls - it is really quite versatile! I appreciate that it has two standard USB-A ports so that you can use this as a charger for your various USB devices. The is also a USB-C port that is used for charging the unit’s internal battery. The light function is bright enough to illuminate your surroundings, but isn’t really a good substitute for a separate high powered flashlight. It works, but is not a strong feature of this unit. I still have yet to actually use this for its primary purpose - jump-starting a car. While I have little doubt tht the function works as described, I am not about to jump start an already started motor and I am not going to run-down my car’s battery so I can test this feature! In addition, the instructions point out that there are ways that using the jump-starter incorrectly could damage either the jump starter or your car! I have no doubt that it works - but I also feel that you need to follow the instructions for the jump-starter function carefully. While I didn’t actually jump start a car with this unit yet - I was pleased to find that it had some safety features that prevented me from using the unit with a short circuit! Overall - a good piece of safety equipment to have in your car. However, it is important to familiarize yourself with its functionality “pre-need”. Read more

At first this seemed nice but holding and feeling the jump starter gives a disappointing feel. It's that cheap plastic outer casing. It jumped my car and I've used it to fill 2 tires from 29 PSI up to 35. The air compressor eats a lot of battery. One tire took from from around the 80% range to 40%. The connection at the air hose got really hot from the compressed air. I have 2 others and they were either cheaper or the same price and feel a lot better. The buttons don't tell too much so I would recommend familiarizing yourself with how it works. Read more

It inflates tires quickly, and I like that you can set the desired PSI, it automatically stops once it reaches the set pressure. The jump starter function works great, and it’s much safer for him than the old school method of using two cars.
