I use this for making homemade Chinese dumplings with store bought wraps. I just finished Triple the Ginger Cookies and had to write this review. Never used a Cookie Scoop before but, this made it so easy, quick and the cookies are uniform in size. The dough came out of the scoop with ease and the scoop works great! Used the black handle size, scooped out the dough and used my spatula to scrape off the top then dropped it into my hand to form a perfect ball. Easy to clean. This thing has been a GAME CHANGER when it comes to making cookies. No more getting my hands all sticky! My only complaint would be that once scooped, depending on the kind of dough you are using it can be difficult for the dough to cleanly come out of the scoop onto the tray. Five stars! This one inch cookie scoop is perfect for making tiny cookies. I make chocolate chip cookies with the mini chips! It's also the perfect size for making small dog treats. Just portion them out with this cookie scoop, and smoosh them down with the bottom of a glass and bake them until they're completely dry and crunchy. I then stored them in a Ziploc bag.
