Great silky crayons. Soft, creamy, easy to use. The color is sticky and smudge-able on the page for a day or two until it dries completely, and will transfer to other surfaces until it's dry. The color is easy to activate and spread with water for a watercolor effect, which dries faster. Nice colors - a little bit of an odd assortment, but I appreciate that (for a change) there are multiple shades of green. Love that they come in an easy-to-store case. These were a huge HIT in my house. They glide on the paper super easy and twist up when you need more. Easy to use for the little hands and non-toxic. In between a marker and a crayon and perfect for our little ones who should not really use markers yet. Does not smear ad easy to wash off. Bought these as an Easter gift for my 3 year old son who loves to color, and OMG!! The colors are vibrant, go on smooth, and if he goes off the paper( which most kids do at some point). For toddlers especially, that convenience makes a difference. The colors are bright and show up well on standard coloring books and printer paper. They glide smoothly without needing heavy pressure, which helps when little hands are still learning control. I’ve also noticed that because the crayon is encased in plastic, it feels sturdier in small hands and doesn’t snap as easily as regular crayons. That said, they’re not completely break-proof — if you twist the tip up too far or press very hard, it can still break. We’ve learned to extend only a small amount at a time to avoid that issue. I saw these online and thought they looked really cool. Personally, they’re surprisingly good quality (considering they’re kids art supplies). They are so smooth and really fun to write with and the packaging is cute. The value is reasonable. The only down side is the packaging and amount of product. There is a lot of plastic used, both in the pens and container itself. When I fully twisted the crayon there was not a great amount of crayon inside (I will attach a photo). These are definitely super fun and great for art, but would be more on the wasteful side if I were to purchase them regularly. I still recommend to those who want a cheap, but quality art supply!
