This purse was pretty, but unfortunately the chains came apart after a first-time use. I wasn't even carrying anything heavy at the time. There was no problem returning the item, and the makers of the purse refunded the money. It would be a much better purse without the addition of the chains. They really do not add to the looks, and are unnecessary. Read more
