So there are two (many more) schools on matcha. Some people really like it creamy and sweet and milky and just a hint of grass. Others, like me, want to feel like someone just mowed the lawn in my mouth. I tend to use not much in the way of sugar and milk when I make a matcha so I usually just buy ceremonial grade powder with nothing added. But I am always up to try new things! I am 50/50 on if the mushroom craze works for me. I have had mushroom coffee and pills and some other things and it never really seemed to do anything. But my wife, who is much smaller and lighter, reports great results. So as long as the mushroom part of this product is something you know works for you, then there is a lot to love here. Because they added the mushroom powder, it weakens the flavor of the matcha by sheer dint of dilution. But you still get a good matcha flavor out of the bag. It mixes quite well and the smell is for sure on point. The amount you get for the size of the bag is pretty impressive too. I am used to paying 30'ish bucks for a tiny tin of high grade powder so paying a third of that for a reasonable bag is quite pleasant! For me, this is a fun product that I would suggest to people. I, for my own use, prefer something a lot more astringent and strong in my matcha. But at the price, I can see myself buying more bags of this and cutting my other powders with it. Read more

I tried this produce 3 days in a row for gut health. Not realizing it made me extremely sick to my stomach. Extreme Gas and bloating along with other stuff. If you don't do well with eating mushrooms, I wouldn't recommend this product. Extremely hard to digest. Also not recommended for some auto immune. Read more
