I chose to test #JW PEI’s Women's Ella Sheer Ruched Turtleneck Top through the #AmazonVine Program. The fabric is very skintight, as shown but it is true to size. It is a bit confusing to get on, but once it is on the color is wonderful. You can wear the side panel over the shoulder or under the armpit depending on how much you need that arm, lol. The arms and the back are quite sheet while there is a liner in the front wish a nice smooth shiny feel. Only problem I have is that the waist doesn’t seem to be as tight as it was in the photo. I am becoming a huge JW PEI fan because of their quality pieces like this top. I love the versatility in the way you can style it and the color is gorgeous. The fabric is a quality mesh that stretches to accommodate and accentuate your curves. The fit is almost perfect. I did find the arms a little tight but I expected that as even though I am small I have muscular shoulders and arms from my love of the aerial arts. Otherwise perfect. Even the sleeves are long enough for my very long arms. I ordered the XS and I am 5'10, 118 lbs, 31A-25-34 with 24 inch long arms for reference. **Style Tip**: I opted to wear the sheer band that goes over the shoulder underneath my armpit because I knew that I was going to be doing a lot of arm movements during my presentation and I didn't want to constantly have to adjust it. This is a really good fun top. It is one of those tops that has the off the shoulder material so when you raise your arms it comes out of place and you have to pull it back down again. The material is soft and stretchy but feels like every other mesh shirt I’ve had from Amazon so it doesn’t feel as lux as I thought it would be for the price. Its all in the details, and this top is well designed down to all the details. The sheerness and the assymetrical layout is interesting and sexy, while still being covered. The drape over the shoulder was a little confusing to figure out at first, but it looks really nice. The sleeves are long and have a nice ruched effect at the wrist which gives them an interesting fit. The color is a rich deep Burgundy. I ordered according to the size chart and it fits well.
