These are an excellent pair of cotton/linen/polyester pants especially considering the very affordable price. You'll notice there's no elastane or spandex mentioned so be aware that the stretchiness you may be accustomed to with other clothing is not present, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. I'm actually a big fan of the material blend they used: cotton for skin friendliness, linen for breathability, and polyester for a little extra durability. The waist (36) is a bit unforgiving lol. If you want a snug fit (no belly) order your regular size, and if you want a relaxed fit (nice for sitting) consider going up one waist size. I like the length, 30in inseam, and I would say it is accurate. Overall, the fit is very good, and I would consider it a straight leg, casual fit. These are a versatile pair of pants that you can wear to a nice restaurant, for a day at the park, or even to work. The material is very good, and the color looks great in person. I recently started enjoying these style pants with the drawstring. They tend to be very comfortable to lounge around the house. I picked the beige and so glad I did. I am 165 and 6 foot. My waist is a 32 and 30 inseam. This 32 is a bit tighter than other 32's that I have worn. I would have gone a size up. They do fit just not much room left. That being said no fear of them falling down without a belt. These are linen so the material is very thing and airy but I expected that. The zipper pocket is hidden in the pocket itself and certainly useful as I have had my key fob fallout of similar pants. Stitching seems to be good quality. So my only knock is the size. These pants are simple, not as expensive as the brand-name ones, but still beautiful and stylish, and the quality seems good. They fit true to size, even though the description says they run small. The material is lightweight and breathable—perfect for warmer days, but not stretchy, similar to 100% cotton/linen would be. These pants are beautiful and so well made, they feel great on the skin, hold their shape and are very comfortable. The brown is beautiful and can be dressed down for a casual look or dressed up to a more elevated fall outfit to go around town. However, the sizing is so incorrect that these don't fit around the waist. The 32 waist size is more like a 28-30 and unfortunately my husband can't fit into them as the waistband is at least 2 inches too small. Hence why I am taking away 2 stars - these are unwearable without tailoring and would fit a woman instead of a man after being tailored or a very skinny man. If the seller fixed sizing, these would be 5 star pants. Some other factors that would make these 5-star quality if sizing were fixed- There are so many large and comfortable pockets, including a little side zipper pocket that can safely store cash, credit cards, a key. The back pockets are nice and deep and the size pockets dont show their outline through the fabric. The fabric is thick but not sweaty feeling. It does not cling as some linen pants do when sweating. These are decent pants - picked them up for traveling. They are nice, medium in weight and are very comfortable. The fit is pretty good, definitely order a size up; I wash everything in hot and these held up and improved the fit for me anyways. Absolutely me my expectations. Read more
