The Good Vines—March 15, 2026
These fleece sweatpants turned out to be a solid everyday pick. The inner lining is ultra‑soft and warm, which makes them great for cooler days or just lounging around the house. They feel cozy without being too heavy, and the cotton blend sits comfortably against the skin. The baggy straight‑leg fit gives plenty of room to move, and the open‑bottom design keeps them relaxed instead of clingy. If you prefer uncuffed pants that don’t ride up, these hit the mark. One of the best features is the pocket setup. The two zipper pockets on the sides are actually useful—secure enough for keys or a phone—plus the two back pockets add extra storage without feeling bulky. The elastic waistband with a drawstring also helps get the fit just right. They work well for casual wear, quick errands, or outdoor activities where you want comfort without looking sloppy. The material feels durable enough for regular use, and the overall design is practical. If you’re looking for warm, comfortable sweatpants with good functionality and a relaxed fit, these are worth considering. Worth it. Read more

I got these for my boyfriend and he was actually surprised by the quality when they arrived. The fleece material is thick and very comfortable, making them feel much more durable than your average pair of sweats. They have a nice straight leg fit that looks polished while still being relaxed enough for lounging. The zipper pockets are a standout feature. The zippers are great and glide easily up and down without catching, which is perfect for keeping a phone or wallet secure. He has already claimed these as his new official airplane pants because they are so comfortable for long flights but still look put together when we land. The open bottom, uncuffed style fits him nicely and gives them a more classic athletic look. If you are looking for a solid gift or just a reliable pair of lounge pants that can actually hold up to travel and daily wear, these are a fantastic choice. Read more

These sweatpants are very comfortable. The pockets are deep enough to hold wallets, phones, and 20 ounce soda bottles. It is not picking up dyes from other clothes in the wash and is returning to original color every time. I would recommend for a good pair of sweatpants Read more

Ive reached the point where I’m pretty picky about my lounge gear, and these JWM fleece pants are a massive standout. Most sweats in this price range feel thin or stiff until you’ve washed them five times, but these were incredibly soft right out of the bag. The thickness is substantial—you can feel the quality of the cotton blend immediately—but they have a great drape to them that doesn't feel bulky. In terms of performance, I’d put these at a perfect medium on the warmth scale. I’ve been wearing them outside in 40-degree weather lately, and they do a great job of blocking that initial chill. The best part, though, is how well they breathe. Usually, when you get thick fleece, you end up feeling hot and clammy the second you step back inside the house. These seem to have a much better airflow than the cheap polyester blends I’ve tried. They keep the warmth in without getting moist or "swampy" down there, which makes them way more comfortable for all-day wear. The straight-leg, uncuffed bottom is exactly what I was looking for too. They don't bunch up around my ankles or look like typical baggy gym clothes, so I don't feel like a slob if I have to run a quick errand in them. If you’re looking for something that is legitimately soft, breatheable, and won't make you overheat, these are easily some of the most comfortable pants I own. Read more

I am 6' 1" and 205#. Ordered a large. The sweatpants are super comfortable and are really nice to wear. No issues after going through the wash a couple of times. I have a pretty normal sized body and can generally find stuff "off the rack" to wear. As nice as these pants are, they were a bit short on me. I do not plan on wearing these outside the house. One reason is that they are noticeably short and they also do not have a flattering fit (at least on me). They are great for lounging around the house and are currently my "go to" pants during the cold weather months. Appreciate the deep pockets for holding miscellanea. They do have zippers. For me, not really needed, but if you are going to wear these as active wear, probably nice to have the ability to close the pockets. Read more

These JWM Men's Fleece Open Bottom Sweatpants Straight Leg Uncuffed Cotton Athletic Running Lounge Pants are my new favorite around the house loungewear. They are well insulated, soft against the skin, have four secure pockets, with both side pockets able to be secured with a well constructed and reinforced zipper and the rear pockets can be secured with an easy snap. There is a lot of pocket space, especially in the side pockets , however, the rear pockets are also roomy. The drawstring in a separately stitched compartment is also a great feature allowing a secure fit along the waist without a belt. The heaviness of these pants will definitely shield you from those cold wintery days (and nights) and have very easy instructions for washing which are affixed to the care instructions that are printed on the attached care instructions tag. When walking, they don't tend to slip from the waist or ride and bunch up when walking, nor are they suffocating, whereas to allow airflow without overheating your skin. They have a nice appearance and can be blended with a sporty casual look. Moving around allows great comfortable and I am very pleased with this pair of pants. If purchasing these pants you will be making a great quality purchase. Read more
