Nicer than I thought it would be.
This thing claims that it does a few things so I was very curious for the money how it would accomplish it. I’ve had selfies sticks before, but not for taking pictures of myself, but for taking stuff, photography, and being able to adjust the subject and use the remote from a distance. The aluminum extendable shaft is way stronger than I thought it would be. It’s very high-quality and gaskets that sit between the extensions are steady and it doesn’t wobble at all. It has this ability to extend its own legs when you tap the bottom on the floor really quick. It’s quite cool and I don’t get tired of doing it lol but it’s closed like a cane. You pull the top piece out maybe a foot you do more if you need, but you only need about a foot and then you tap the bottom on the floor really quick and pick it up and the legs automatically extend and lock it into place until you release them. There’s no actual lock that locks them, but you have to pick the unit up off the floor and then pull the leg base up the pole and then they’ll slide back in …they can’t do it on their own. Which is good. The remote control charges up via USBC which is very nice because the old ones took those tiny little batteries which I always seem to run out of. And each one will usually take a different size even though they’ll look the same lol. It has a magnetic housing where the remote sits so you can use it while it’s in the unit if you’re holding it and you can take it out and use it otherwise. The remote has multiple functions such as zoom in and out, take picture obviously( or begin record, etc.,) , it has focus and depend, depending upon what feature of the camera you have selected, it allows you to skip modes to a different selection. So if you’re in photo, but you’re not in in, it allows you to go from photo to portrait and so on or the other way towards video. I forget how high it says it goes in the ad, but it gets pretty high. Sometimes I have it as high as it goes and I turn around and when I come back, I go to bend over to grab it and it’s higher than I thought I’m used to the shorter ones. The height is very good for me. Check the height. I think they offer options. It even has a groove on top of it. That will hold accessory lights. It has a very strong clamping mechanism that doesn’t need to be tightened. It just auto tight once you release it it rotates 360 and it depends all way down both ways from the pivoting neck so depending upon what you wanna shoot, you can spend your phone around. It’s very very high-quality. I think it’s a very good value for the money. I’ve had a bunch of these and this is definitely for the best and it’s probably the same price or cheaper than other ones. I’ve had it doesn’t wobble whoever made this actually give a damn about what they were doing. I used to get stressed out every time how to use the ones I had cause battery was dead in the remote or one of the legs was not cooperating because it was flimsy. I can’t imagine for the money that you’d buy something better. I was confident, it’s very easy to use. In fact it’s a pleasure.Ill prob finally start posting pics. Read more
