This 115 roll will last pretty much forever. Good quality tape and because the tape has a backing rather than being rolled against itself the stickiness is fantastic. The flexibility makes it quite comfortable to wear and I haven't experienced any skin irritation. The box also serves as a dispenser which makes it convenient to use. Functionally, this tape is impressive; it offers the perfect balance of stretch and tension to support muscles without restricting movement, and the adhesion holds up through intense sweat and showers. The media could not be loaded. D3 is the GOAT. Really great tape. I know many athletes and coaches that use this stuff. Super stretchy, but still breathable. Stays on even during excessive sweating (provided the skin is dry when applied), and stays on during showering. Not itchy like some cheap tape is. This stuff is the real deal. 114ft means you’ll have it for a while. I tore my TFCC and wanted something to keep my wrist stable after I took the brace off. I put one long strip from the back of my hand up to the top of my forearm and another strip from the back of my pinky and wrapped around the base of my wrist. What really stands out is the gentle feeling on my skin. I haven’t had any issues so far with my skin. I used this kinesiology tape on a sprained ankle once I was out of a splint and off crutches. I tried standard sports tape first but it was too restrictive and hard to apply to my own foot. The kinesiology tape is easier to apply, takes fewer strips because it is wider, it stays on better, and can be left on for several days. So, I actually got this with the plan to primarily use it as a replacement for mouth tape. I didn't like any of the mouth tapes I have purchased in the past except for one brand and I can almost never find it anymore so I saw someone on tiktok mention using this kind of tape instead and I thought I'd give it a try. Honestly, it's perfect for that. It's perfectly sticky without being overly sticky - it stays on all night and comes off fairly easy in the morning. I like that I can cut it to the size I want and that I can also use it for it's intended purpose when I need it. I like the color, the large size. Overall, I'm very happy with this. Read more

Love this tape! I first started seeing Kinesiology Tape on pro athletes during games and matches (such as basketball and tennis players) and wondered what it was. I googled to find out about the tape and why athletes were using it. Fast forward years later to where I'm in physical therapy rehabbing an injury and am wearing the tape myself. I like that this roll of tape is beige, so it doesn't stand out like tape in a primary color. But if you prefer colors, the tape is available in myriad colors. It definitely will conform to the body - see pic on my partner. Simply cut to size and apply. I found the tape adhered for a day or more and flexed with my body without peeling off. Perfect amount of stretch, and the adhesive is strong, yet releases easily without being painful. The tape is durable and stays in place without coming off, even during workouts when there's a lot of heat and sweating. I was surprised at how easily it applied and how comfortable it felt. I sometimes react to the adhesive on some other brands, but I did not react at all to this tape. Great product. Read more
