The good: for my use its as good as the OG name brand while being barely $1 more expensive than the lowest price Amazon options, easy to rip and remove paper backing, helpful video tutorials on website, colors true-to-picture if needed for sports uniform, uncut roll to personalize strip length. The meh: markings on paper backing aren't the most intuitive, the strong adhesive makes it more difficult to adjust if less experienced with KT tape application, less stretchy than synthetic fiber tape (but more stretchy than other fully cotton brands I've tried). The bad: uncut rolls are often a barrier to new users, left some residue (non-sticky) that needed isopropyl alcohol to remove when worn for a shorter period of time while dry-land exercising. So far this is my favorite all-around KT tape, and I've been using them since high school when they were "new" and confused my coaches. d3 K6.0 is almost *half the price* of KT Pro, my favorite pre-cut. I usually apply this the morning of my swim day, it lasts through the swim, and if I'm in a salt pool I can leave it on for at least the rest of the night into the next day. Yes, it will stay soggier than synthetic or waterproof tape, but not enough to irritate my mildly sensitive skin (my post-exercise compression leggings help wick away excess moisture, too). This stuff is on the firmer-side of stretchy, so I find it especially good on places that need to be kept on track more intensely, like my knees, elbows, and a hyper flexible finger. It's honestly difficult to find too many negatives, but I will say this will totally make your skin angry if you overstretch it while applying, or remove it after a very short period of time. I find this the perfect amount of sticky to hang on for days, but that could easily be a negative for someone with pain in more delicate-skinned areas, or those wearing as prevention rather than pain relief for injuries already sustained. Since I'll be taping more often, I purchased this along with four other brands to do a comparison, and this is in my top two. It will definitely be on order again. Read more

Not sure on how well this tape will work, but willing to give it a try. A learning curve on application. I watched several vids so am hoping its applied rt. I am using it for a trizonal tear of the meniscus w support for a small calf muscle tear and minor mcl sprain, but mostly the meniscus tear. Ill update again in a few days to see if it helps me sleep as well. Also, one person complained it had too much plastic..it didnt. The container it came in was almost the exact sz of the tape roll and it had a VERY tiny bit of plastic on the roll itself..prob to keep it from unraveling during manufacturing. Ive seen other items that have been FAR worse in pkging..ie; plastic that has literally been shrinkwrapped and IMPOSSIBLE to either tear or cut open. THOSE are the pkgs that are worse. Read more

This kinesiology tape is stretchy, strong, and provides solid support where I need it. The slightly wider width compared to some other tapes I've used makes it especially useful for larger areas or when I want more coverage. ✅ Highlights • Stretchy and flexible for comfortable movement • Strong enough adhesive to stay in place • Wider than some kinesiology tapes for better coverage • Big roll • Easy to apply and remove Overall, this is a sturdy, comfortable kinesiology tape that works well when I want extra width and reliable support. -Review of d3 "K6.0 Kinesiology Tape - 2in x 20ft Black (1 Roll) Latex-Free Hypoallergenic Joint Muscle Sports Medical Injury Support" Read more
Customer Review—November 2, 2025
A physical therapist introduced me to kinesiology tape a few years ago, which I have found to be very helpful on my joints, particularly my knees and my shoulders. I tried one brand that went on smoothly, but came off with perspiration. Another brand stuck well, but was a little hard (painful) to remove. I was eager to give the K6.0 Kinesiology Tape - 2in x 20ft (Beige, 1 Roll) Latex-Free Hypoallergenic Joint Muscle Sports Medical Injury Support a try. I have to say that I was really impressed with their Amazon product site which has several videos that explain the purpose of kinesiology tape and how to apply it on shoulders and calves. I especially appreciate the attention to detail, demonstrating how to round off the corners of the tape so that it doesn’t peel off, and how to release the backing so the tape doesn’t stick to itself, and when to stretch the tape. This attention to detail speaks well for the company! Following the videos, I was able to successfully apply the tape to my knee before a workout on the treadmill. It provided enough support that I did not feel any twinges in my knee during the hour or so I spent at the gym. The tape adhered well to my skin, even after showering. I chose the beige color so as not to stand out too much, but who knows, I might go wild and order a brighter color next time! At the time of this review the 20 feet of kinesiology tape was priced at $11.99. It is a little more expensive than some options, but the quality is excellent, which to me makes it a good value. I believe the company is based in New Zealand. Read more
