Especially beautiful in Christmas set. Comes rolled and compressed, wrapped in plastic and then neatly placed inside a sturdy box. A couple of folding lines from the factory were seen, but no wrinkles. For those wondering, no smell at all, which sometimes happens with textiles. The stitching of all the small squares is very even and symmetrical, for neat freaks (like me) who don’t like wavy lines on flat quilting. So it shows surprising quality for the price. Though instructions indicated to machine wash all three pieces before putting on the bed, I did because my husband likes everything washed. No loose threads to get rid of and no pilling or roughness on the surface. 100% microfiber, so this set will not shrink. I enjoyed making the bed this first time and seeing it so even and generous on both sides, plenty to tuck in under the mattress at the foot. It will stay put, without shifting, over a restless sleeper. I honestly think I might have received a king size, not queen, though the packaging and labels all showed queen sized. It is so soft and pretty it just invites me for a night of cozy sleep or a nap. It makes no noise as I change sleep positions. Some fabrics are kind of slick, but this is brushed to a flat hand and quiet. I think of it as a summer weight (yes, it’s quite thin) and look forward to just enough cover for the cool air conditioning in my bedroom. Though it’s not a natural fiber, it breathes well enough to prevent sweaty sleep. With an extra throw or blanket on top (or flannel sheets) it could probably be quite comfortable in winter if you’re one who tends to sleep “hot” and want to stay with lightweight covers. The color was true to what is pictured. I’ll need a twin size set in my spare room and I’m already thinking hard to select a harmonious color for that room. Highly recommended as a good value, well made, very soft and attractive as a bedding set for a man or woman. Especially good price for a gift. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this purchase. I bought these after moving from Arizona to the Pacific Northwest during a hard time in my life. Everything felt gray, and I just wanted something to brighten up my space. These sheets did exactly that. The yellow floral pattern is soft and cheerful without being too much, and they really made my room feel lighter. They’re also very soft and comfortable right out of the package, and the fitted sheet stays in place well. They’ve held up nicely in the wash so far. Only thing to note is they are microfiber, so they can feel a little warmer than cotton. Where I am located they are perfect for me. These grey plaid sheets look and feel very nice right out of the package, but I do have concerns about their longevity. The fabric is thinner than expected. I just put them on last night, so time will tell if they hold up or not. The fit of the top sheet and pillowcases is pretty good on our split California King. (We cannot use the fitted sheet as our bed is adjustable. We use Twin XLs instead.) My husband commented on the feel of the sheets this morning when we woke up. All told, whether or not I buy again from this seller will depend on how well the sheets sustain their good looks and feel over time.
