Perfect Lego building mat for kids and adults.
I bought it to use as a Lego build mat for my son and myself. It's perfect for building on a hard surface like a tabletop or countertop, where dropping a brick from hand-height might send it bouncing across or off the table, o4 when a young builder's hands slip and bump other bricks, you don't end up with 28 pieces on the floor. It's also a good general-use building surface as it adds stability for kids to push down firmly to fully seat blocks without risking slipping and sending it into the wall. The compartments and great for small, rolly pieces and the flexible nature of the mat is useful for cleanup or rebagging to continue the build at a later time. Amazing For Soldering and Doubles as a Drink Coaster
I really, really like this mat. This thing feels and looks great, better than the other common colors these come in. I've done some soldering over this so far an it really does seem heat resistant. The molded compartments come in handy and are more useful than I'd have imagined them to be. The round ones fit a bottle of adult beverage perfectly so it doubles as a drink coaster. Cleans up super easy as most stuff won't stick to the silicone very well. Great value for the money and I highly recommend. Read more

Lays flat, has good grip, size is just about perfect if you don’t have a ton of space, cleans up easily. Do wish there were fewer, larger, square slots on the left, but I can’t fault the mat for that as I knew that prior to purchase. Read more
