With winter in New England, my son's room temperature fluctuates significantly at night. He is very young and hates blankets and sleep sacks. However, the Kaiya Baby Sleep Sack with Feet was what we were looking for. Now he is warm and sleeps through the night. Additionally, it is hard to see the temperature meter on the inside when it is dark at night. It is helpful to check right before he sleeps to see if he is running hot or if the temperature is ok. The zipper looks durable enough for him to pull and unzip himself. Washes well, takes a bit longer to dry, but that is expected since it is warm and on the thicker side compared to 1 Tog. The stitches are well done and holding well, and no loose threads. It does what it was designed to do, and our baby has been sleeping better through the night. Read more

Very warm and cozy and keeps our toddler warm for colder nights especially in her room that tends to be more drafty. I only gave it 4 stars because of the zipper. It does not go all the way to hide under the flap and our toddler sometimes will try to unzip the sleep sack at night. Other than that, it’s a great sleep sack. Read more

I’m honestly shocked. The swaddle I received was clearly used. It smelled like someone else’s home, the fabric had visible wear and pilling as if it had been washed multiple times, and there were noticeable oil-like stains on it. For an $80 baby product, that is completely unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn’t my first issue with this brand. This is my third time ordering a Kaiya product, and every single time there has been a problem. The first two sleep sacks I ordered arrived in the wrong size. I reordered, double-checked my purchase history to make sure I hadn’t accidentally selected the wrong size — and somehow received the wrong size again. I decided to give the brand one last chance with this swaddle because I genuinely love the body temperature indicator feature. But at this point, I just can’t justify the price when quality control and order accuracy have been so consistently disappointing. For how expensive these swaddles are, the experience should match the price. Unfortunately, it hasn’t. Very warm! Wish they would make the zipper actually go underneath the zipper cover at the top (it just stops right beneath the cover, not actually “covered”) but the fabric and zipper are great quality and I think a new walker will be wearing this comfortably! After washing, the sleeves on the smaller size were not as long as we like (wrists exposed), and sizing up one size was wayyyy too long in the torso. Returned and got PurComfy brand instead.
