We absolutely love this pull-up bar! It was easy to set up and feels super sturdy, even with daily use. I’m using it for my workouts, and my teenage son uses it to build his upper body strength for motocross training. The multiple grip options are perfect for working different muscle groups without switching equipment, and it fits securely in our doorway without damaging the frame. It’s a great addition to our home gym, and I highly recommend it for families who want a versatile, reliable pull-up bar that will actually get used! Read more

Five star!!! I’m soooo happy about this purchase. It’s super sturdy. Has the ring to hook on trx or elastic bands. All the positions. Has the foam so it’s very comfortable for the hands. It’s only slightly more expensive than the cheaper ones, but so worths it. It also comes with a trx set, which is meh. But it’s like additional to the pull-up bar and I have the original trx set. The KAKICLAY 2025 Multi-Grip Pull Up Bar delivers on its promise of versatility and sturdiness. The “Smart Larger Hooks Technology” genuinely improves stability—no wobble, even during wide-grip pull-ups. Setup was intuitive, and the USA patent design feels thoughtfully engineered. What stood out most was the grip variety. It’s ideal for switching between muscle groups, and the padding is comfortable without feeling cheap. The warranty and Fulfilled by Amazon tag gave me extra confidence in the purchase. Minor drawback: the bar’s width may not fit all door frames snugly—measure carefully before buying. Also, while the hooks are smartly designed, they could use rubber padding to protect door trim. Bottom line: A well-built, multi-functional pull-up bar that suits both beginners and seasoned users. Just a few tweaks away from perfection. Read more

i got this over the other ones because of the material they use and the way it looks. It is made out of thick metal and does not move or wiggle as much as other pull up bars i have used. It is very thick metal tubes that are easy to install and click together. By itself, it weighs 10 pounds which is very surprising in a good way. It works very well on my door frame and I am happy. The build quality explains the 60$ tag but i got it for 52$ which i think it is worth it. It is engineered well with padding for the side of the doors and comes with extra grips to attach to the handles. Comes in 3 piece set so it is really easy to assemble. The black color makes it look very premium and it also comes with loop for you to attach cables that allow for stretching or even chest flies. It is very worth it and the only caveat i would say would be the inability to do custom grip. i am not that strong so the wide grip is very hard as i like to do it SLIGHTLY more narrow but it is fine. There is a support bar in the way and I cant complain as it forces me to do wider grip pull ups! Read more

First Week review: Assembles easy Very sturdy in the door well Great weight Support (I’m at 220lbs) I really like how the handles are designed and the handles are outside of the door well instead of in it. I’ll update after a few months of using it. Read more

I can't use this. I am in an apartment for work. This product will not fit this door frame due to the way it mounts and the size of the frame. I will have to send it back and get a different mounting mechanism. However, I like the idea of this one. It seems to be made of very high quality metal. Easy to put together once you figure out how it goes on your door frame. They should make longer mounting points or changing the mounting setup. It seems like it would be sturdy to hold my fatashe.
