The media could not be loaded. so far so good. it took about 45mins to setup due to updates via wifi. got so i could get back to playing WoW and with the expansion Midnight I knew i needed to ditch my gaming laptop. this works great. i live in a small studio so no room for a normal desk top. i use my Roku tv as the monitor and it drives my kitten crazy trying to get the mouse. size is great, speed is good. played wow for 6hrs and it was warm to the touch not hot. i would say that this is pretty good for the money compared to spending over $1200 for a gaming laptop. Upgrade the ram and storage and this is the perfect budget PC gaming rig. It's small enough to hang on the wall, you only hear it when you're gaming or streaming 4K and it's never had a problem that wasn't Microsoft Windows related. It's the best thing I ever bought for myself and if you're here it's perfect for you too!!! Read more

I’m loving this little thing. I was in a need of a decent home always ON pc that has enough power to do everything, and this mini PC fit the bill perfectly. I had it setup with a remote KVM over IP and it has been perfect. It runs 24/7 and has all the apps installed and it just goes on and on without complaining. No heat issues, not noise and best part very low power consumption. Tons of I/O, I will probably buy few more for friends and family who wants a PC in the cloud experience without the cloud. If you need one, don’t think and just buy it. You will be happy with the purchase. Read more

I've purchased one of these and played with it for a few weeks. I played many computer games on it through Steam and Epic games. It reached decent FPS for many of the older games at 1080p, so games like Left for Dead 2, GTA V, Skyrim all played well. Temperatures were steady an it didn't' get too hot (though it seemed to spin up the fan like crazy when it was downloading, more so than when it was engaged in 3d graphics in the games). However slightly more demanding games like Witcher 3, Lord of the Rings Shadow of Mordor and Arkham Knight had to be played at 720p to get decent FPS. You also had to mess around with the settings. The latest spiderman game was practically unplayable no matter how much I messed with it. FPS ~ 20. In all the cases, even though the games were playable they looked OKish, not great. Day to day operations, the computer is blazingly fast and has a slot for an extra SSD (they provide a connector cable you can use). I did end up returning it though because of a fatal flaw. The computer kept randomly rebooting. Initially I thought it was overheating but I monitored for that, checked the logs and nothing appeared that would indicate what was causing the issues. It happened in a few minutes or sometimes a few hours (though very rarely while I was playing a game, usually only when I was typing or using the web). I ran Linux Mint through a usb (which worked wonderfully btw, all hardware detected) and the issue occurred there as well. So definitely a hardware issue could be the power supply or something else. Others have commented with similar issues in the reviews so could be a production issue with a certain batch. Returned it as random reboots was particularly irritating for me. This issue may have impacted only my device but returned it and got a slightly upgraded model from Beelink (SER5) which had the 5800H processor (Ryzen 7) for $300 when it was on sale. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1 I can honestly say that the SER5 computer is superior in every way including build quality and works much better for gaming. Good FPS rates at 1080p on Witcher 3 and on Arkham knight. Graphics also look a little better. I'd say overall definitely worth the small price difference to get the slightly upgraded one. However for those who are not too much into games the Kamrui mini pc is fantastic assuming it doesn't randomly reboot. The computer boots very fast so even when it rebooted I was back up and running in about 3 minutes but it started to become very irritating. Read more

, I have purchased a # of Kamrui Mini PC's over the last 2 plus years. Shortly before I wrote this original review I had an issue with one of the previous Kamrui Mini PC's that I purchased the Mini PC just died, Prior to that PC dying I unfortunately had two other prior Kamrui Mini PC's that ended up having issues, that required me to send the mini pc back to Kamrui, on those issues I dealt with a lady by the name of Kin she was extremely helpful and she was also very quick to make good on the issue at hand. Unfortunately that is not the case with the latest issue I had, This time around I did not deal with Kin, I dealt with a gentleman by the name of CHRIS. I emailed support and I explained the issue where the PC just died right in the middle of working on it. Chris informed me that I was a VIP customer do to the amount of purchases I had made with Kamrui in the past. He provided me with the address of where I should send the faulty pc, I explained to Chris that I needed to replace the pc as quick as possible, Chris informed me that I could purchase another Kamrui mini pc through Amazon that day so that I would have it delivered the next day, He informed me that he was going to refund me in full for the faulty pc once they received it. So I followed Chris's instructions I purchased another Kamrui Mini PC and I had it the next day, now here is where things changed and where things went south. Kamrui received the broken mini pc within 2 days of me sending it to them, I informed Chris that the pc was received, I provided him with the tracking number 2 days earlier when I had sent the pc out to them, but when I informed Chris that the pc was delivered I provided a link from the USPS that showed the pc being delivered, Chris once again said that I will receive the refund within 2-3 days, Well that refund never came, and after a few days I reached out to Chris only to receive no response back, fast forward 2-3 weeks and a few more emails that I sent asking about the refund still w/o a response, I finally heard back from good ole Chris, Chris had informed me that I was not going to get the refund that he originally told me I was receiving, he told me that it was not approved, meanwhile he never mentioned anything about it needing an approval, in fact e reassured me that I have no need to worry the refund will be done 1-2-3.... Now mind you he was the one that told me I could purchase the replacement pc to limit my downtime, so that is exactly what I did because I was getting refunded for the faulty pc so that refund was going to cover the money out of pocket that I dished out for the new replacement pc.. Long story short I tried to explain that since I was told by him verbatim I was being refunded, he said that my only option was for him to send me a replacement pc, I tried to plead my case but CHRIS could care less, I tried to explain that I shouldn't have to go along with these change of plans, and that is when good ole CHRIS decided not to respond back to me ever again, CHRIS in fact blocked me from communicating with Kamrui completely. It is now February and I still do not have my refund nor do I have a replacement pc, I've emailed Kamrui support from an alternative email address, not mentioning who I was, which Chris responded a day or two later, Once I explained who I was CHRIS once again left me hanging,.. I NEVER EVER had any issues or problems at all with Kin, which was the person handling their support prior to CHRIS coming on to the scene. Looking back out of the almost 10-11 PC's I have purchased myself 4 maybe even 5 of them ended up having issues that required me to get replacements. that is an awfully high percentage when you come to think about it. If CHRIS treated me who was considered to be a VIP Customer since I had made many many pc purchases with Kamrui this way. how is CHRIS going to treat a customer who purchased just 1 pc. I'm reaching out to Amazon directly by phone, I have all of the emails on hand to show Amazon what I was told. As far as anyone else possibly considering purchasing a Kamrui Mni PC, you might want to consider an alternative brand. Keep in mind that Kamrui also owns Ace Magic, I purchased 3 of those in addition to the Kamrui pc's and already 1 of them is having issues as well. DON'T LET CHRIS LIE TO YOU AND IGNORE YOU THE WAY HE DID WITH ME.. Read more
