I received my lipstick today and couldn't wait to try it. At first application I marveled at how good it felt to put on. That already is A1 for me. But the shade complements my complexion perfectly. I bought sweet brown and that it is. The packaging is also top notch with the magnetic case. Kandi is right up there with Rihanna with this brand. Can't wait to try more. Read more

This review is for "Kandi Koated Commemorative Juneteenth Lipstick - Special Edition Creamy Matte Lipstick Burruss | Creamy Texture, Rich Color, Paraben-Free, Cruelty-Free | Luxury Packaging | Beauty & Makeup" This lipstick was a bit disappointing to me. I expected better quality overall and also find the packaging a bit gimmicky + opportunistic. The lipstick color itself is nice, it reminds me of the brown shade from Revlon called Choco-licicous. It doesn't seem to have much staying power. It wears like an inexpensive lipstick that has to be reapplied several times per day. I do like the magnetic case that keeps the lid on the lipstick.
