I wanted something to help with neck tension that builds up from sitting at a computer all day. This really helps when I sleep on my back.. it feels like my neck finally relaxes instead of straining forward. I tend to roll to my side during the night and it’s not quite high enough for that position, but for back sleeping it’s excellent. I've tried just about every well known pillow brand over the years. Tempurpedic, Purple, Casper, and some of the cheaper options that claimed to be orthopedic on Amazon. None of them ever felt quite.. right. As someone who has struggled to get decent sleep for the last decade, finding Kanuda was the last straw before I looked into customized pillows.
