This started as a try on… These boots are so cute! Very stylish! They checked a lot of boxes for what I wanted in a new fall bootie of 2023: cute, comfortable, stylish and in the budget. In January 2024 I realized I lost a gem! 😫 Like some of the other reviews on here, I was surprised even though I’ve read complaints about this part. But I loved these boots so I was determined to get them fixed! I contacted Karl Lagerfield, I sent them proof of purchase from Amazon and a photo of the missing gem. I told them the truth, I love their boot but it would be great if I could purchase a gem, I can't wear them in all their glory otherwise. They have a warranty on their boots y'all! A one year warranty they will replace the gems FOR FREE and FedEx it to you. FYI it took them about a month to get it to me, but it was free and they kept me in the loop. They had to contact manufacturing. Then they had to confirm they had the gem, then they had get it to another department and when they received it they confirmed my address and gave me the tracking number. It's due to arrive on Monday, already on the truck y'all! This was my first Lagerfield purchase and customer service experience. They were pleasant to work with. Just a little advice, be nice when you contact companies, the person answering isn't the CEO, head of manufacturing or the designer of the boots.
