Wow, I have never tried Dragon Fruit in any form before I ordered this product. I am amazed at how well it blends with practically any drink or food. I have tried it with several of my herbals and loose leaf teas. The media could not be loaded. Great product. Used as a natural food dye. Can be vibrant depending what you use it for and how much you use. No smell but does have a slight sweetness. Is not Organic. Texture is soft smooth and mixes easily. Read more

I really wanted to love this powder. I bought it to make my daughter’s cake pink. The gluten free ones came out pink, but the normal cake did not. The batter was lovely, but the color baked out into a weird brown color. It DOES however work with pancakes! At least my daughter was excited for that. I also used this to make pink frosting and it came out nicely. Pale bubblegum pink! It also gave the pancakes a slight, pleasing fruity taste. I don’t know why people were complaining about the clumps.. I hand-whisked it briskly, and used a blender for the frosting.. no clumps. Dissolved perfectly.
