I bought this as i have aquatic frogs and they must be able to swim up to the surface to get some air and then spend the majority of time under water. My tank is large and I got this because the little ones struggled making it all the way up. This allows them something to land on and then continue to the surface from there. Totally would get again and recommend it. Read more

It’s so small my turtle doesn’t Even fit on it and he’s a smaller guy . The turtles they have on them in the pictures must be like a dime size or smaller . Cuz it’s a tiny rock . I was expecting it to be much bigger . Specially for the price I paid . Read more

Okay.. so this is almost perfect for a baby turtle, if you have one of those small little turtle set ups. But for a 20 gallon tank or bigger... No way. It's quite small, therefore not going to allow adequate basking space for the turtle. It doesn't always stick to the glass. There is this annoying empty space on the bottom that just seems to collect all the crap around the tank, and for some reason this thing gets really slimy, opposed to everything else in the tank. It's cute and all, but not suitable for long term use in my opinion. Read more
