I don't normally leave detailed reviews. But I feel the need to do so since I found no details I needed in the reviews. I am 5'2 so finding knee high boots that dont cover my knees has been a challenge. Shoemakers would corner a new market with a petite line for boots. With that said I measured my heel to knee & these boots seemed to be in my below-knee range. My mistake was not measuring heel to knee with my foot pointed for a 3 in heel. I received them today & rushed to try them on. I am mostly a 7 & bought these in 7.5 based on reviews to size up 1/2. Perfect fit with sock room if desired. Very soft & comfortable (so far). I have not worn these for hours yet. The boot actually hits me mid knee. The measurements on the page are correct I just didn't measure my length with a pointed foot. Good news - it has this 2 in seem(?)/lip at the top so I am able to easily fold inward those top 2 inches for a perfect length below the knee. You cannot tell its folded in. Very happy that they fit closely (not snug) as opposed to so wide on top that they look like fishing waders. I love these. Just ordered them in the brown as well. Unfortunately I need to cancel my first black pair that are lost in shipping somewhere. Glad I gave these another chance after waiting 3 weeks for the lost pair. Oh the last thing thing I'll mention that I love is they are not the slouch look. I really hate that sloppy falling-down-your-leg look. Slouchy style makes short people look shorter imo. These are more slimming & tailored & smooth. You need these in your life. Unless you have super thick calves you will love these. Read more

These boots are cuter in person! The heel height is the perfect height for me as I can no longer wear 4 inch heels or higher. These are about 3.5 inch heels and they are chunky which makes them even easier to walk in. These boots are very comfortable and you can dress them up or down. If you want to wear thick socks with them I'd suggest going a half size up. I bought the black ones as well! Read more

I ordered these boots not really expecting anything great. They looked good in the picture but I was thinking maybe because they were so inexpensive they would probably be terrible when they came in . However, I was pleasantly surprised!
