I received my bag today and it is exactly what I wanted, and beautiful also. This is the second purchase of Kattee bags for me, and I am still using the first two. This one is more business friendly with an outside small zippered pocket for fast access, like keys, and glasses. Inside has more glasses pockets, an inside zippered separator for things that you don't use all the time, and on one side is another small zippered pocket for small things, meds or lipstick. Fantastic, well-made bag. The shoulder strap won't stay put after you adjust it, so I had to resort to a do-it-yourself rivet kit. Otherwise, it gets lots of compliments from people who love the look. I work in marketing and have a lot of items I carry to work every day, this is by far the best way I've ever found to carry it all, it's very comfortable to carry for a long time even with all of this in it. Update - 3 years later it's still in pretty good shape! It doesn't look worn at all from the outside, although there have been a few points of failure over the years: - Main zipper failed after about a year, the teeth started being loose and not meshing properly. The zipper can probably be fairly easily replaced, I haven't tried yet. - The shoulder strap does NOT stay in place, after less than 10 minutes of walking with the bag the shoulder strap will have stretched to its max length. The adjustment buckles are not particularly strong or effective. Fixed this with some big ugly safety pins inserted directly below the adjustment buckles, it's a bit tacky but it keeps the strap from sliding down. It gives the bag character, is what I'm going with - The strap gets bunched up in the metal loops that attach it to the bag. It's functionally fine, but it looks ugly. This is probably just a function of the strap wearing and becoming less stiff. - The shoulder "pad" isn't padded at all, so when the bag is holding a lot of stuff your shoulder will tire quickly. Otherwise though, I am VERY pleased with this purchase. It holds my Surface Book, Canon 70D (in a padded insert I purchased separately), extra lens, charging brick and cables, notebook, pens, several power bricks, and more with ease. It still gets the occasional appreciative look when I bring it places. It allows me to carry WAY too much stuff on a daily basis, but I'm a big guy (6'3") and it's not hard to tote around everywhere. The bag itself is great. Perfect size, nice leather and holds shape extremely well. Purchased in 2019. Used for exactly 9 months before the straps started to fall apart. Bag is in perfect condition, no blemishes on the bag and liner is in great shape. Unfortunately, the straps are not the removable type and have completely shredded and peeled at across the top of the strap and at various other locations along the strap line. What a waste of a good bag. I wouldn't have minded if the straps were removable and could have been replaced, but why bother with a leather bag if the straps are not made of the same durable material.
