These bands are one of the greatest ways to build strength in your movements for your individual sprint, races, and even can be used for training for long distance… if utilized correctly, you can create explosive speed without ever using weights! I have bought this product three times because the bands usually break after so much use. But I trained five kids with the same bands for two years before they broke so they definitely got a lot of use. Hands-down one of the best track tools ever. Read more
