This is a pretty cool little desk organizer, especially if you like RGB setups. It was easy to assemble and has a decent amount of storage for a compact piece. We’re currently using it to hold our Nintendo Switch accessories and extra controllers, and it works well for that. The RGB lighting is a fun touch and the different modes look great on a gaming desk. It definitely adds some personality to the setup. The only downside is that it feels a little flimsy. It works fine once set up, but it doesn’t feel super sturdy. Overall though, it’s a good organizer for the price and does a nice job keeping small gaming accessories in one place. Read more
As a disclaimer, I received this product through the Vine program. This is not the first KDD product I have owned and every single thing that I have purchased from KDD has been a home run, whether it was some kind of desk organization solution to baby gear. Their products reflect their creativity, innovation, and dedication to quality. Ironically, this is exactly what I was recently shopping for since I now have a small collection of controllers. I am a gamer but not a hardcore gamer. As a father, I don't get too much time to play but I have a backlog of games and consoles and handhelds I have been working through and I like trying out different controllers and buying a lot of tech. I have a loooot of tech stuff but there are a few things that I like to reach for on a daily basis. My favorite controller, pair of headphones, favorite usb c cable (lol). I have organizers and bins to store my stuff but there are some items I wouldn't mind having out on my desk. Previously I was using 3D printed stands for each controller but they didn't look so nice and finished. Now with this RGB pegboard, I have a cool spot to store and showcase the controllers in my current rotation. This mini pegboard desk stand is absolutely perfect for a gamer who has a few controllers, headphones, etc but it also could work for just about any category that requires organization. I can see this being very useful for crafting, 3D printing, tool bench... the possibilities are endless. The kit comes with the light up pegboard, 3 hangers for controllers/headphones, 5 hooks, 1 phone stand, and 1 storage cubby. It was simple to assemble and it feels pretty solid. The RGB lighting has 7 static colors (red, green, blue, purple, light blue, yellow, and cyan) as well as a breathing and flashing mode. I appreciated that it had the ability to remember the last light setting when turning the device on and off. I know a lot of people hate on RGB and think it's too much but there are also those of us out there who LOVE it and as an RGB enthusiast, I think this product is well done. If you don't like the RGB you could leave it off or just run it with white as an accent setting. There is no brightness control on these, though I feel like they are at an appropriate level for their intended use. It is bright enough for a gamer vibe without being too distracting. I would love to see variations of this product such as one that was double the width or one where you can hang stuff on both sides. This product is a very nice thing to have if you're a gamer. It would make a wonderful gift or purchase for yourself. I highly recommend this product. I might have to purchase another one myself since I have so many controllers and a giant L shaped standing desk and I liked this product so much. Read more
Hello Amazonians! Sean “The Tester” Chao here, back with another review for you! Today I am reviewing this KDD freestanding RGB desk pegboard organizer, and I tested it on a small gaming desk and a shared home workspace to evaluate stability, customization, and everyday usefulness. The freestanding design is the big convenience — no drilling, no clamps, and it sits solidly on the desk thanks to the weighted base pads and thick back panel. Setup is literally “lift and place,” then arrange the modular pieces: the phone stand, storage box, five hooks, and three controller/headphone hangers are all tool‑free and easy to reposition so you can create a layout that fits your desk and devices. At 15.75 × 7.9 inches it’s compact but makes good use of vertical space on crowded surfaces. RGB lighting is a nice aesthetic touch rather than a flashing distraction. Nine lighting modes (breathing, flashing, static, etc.) let you set a subtle accent that complements a gaming rig; the last‑mode memory is useful so you don’t have to reset it each session. Controls are intuitive — a single button cycles modes and a long press powers it off — and brightness is reasonable for ambient effect without washing out a monitor. Functionally the hangers and storage box work well. Controller/headset holders accommodate common controllers (PS/Xbox/Switch) and typical over‑ear headsets with no wobble. The phone holder keeps a device at a comfortable viewing angle for chats or second‑screen use, and the storage box is handy for small items like thumb grips, cables, and dongles. Hooks accept cables, keys, or a headset cable wrap to reduce desktop clutter. A couple of practical notes: for very heavy headsets or oversized controllers, test the hanger position near the base to reduce leverage; the pegboard’s modular attachments hold best when pushed fully into their slots. Also, the RGB power is USB, so plan a nearby USB port or adapter if you want continuous lighting. Final Verdict: A tidy, well‑thought‑out desktop pegboard that adds useful storage, controller/headset mounts, and tasteful RGB accents without permanent mounting — ideal for small desks, dorm rooms, or anyone wanting a compact, no‑drill organization solution for gaming gear. This Product Earns the Sean Seal of Approval! Read more
