What a gorgeous skirt!! It fit as it should. I wear large bottoms so r super comfy, becuz then u have room to move in em!! Plus if Asian size would be super tight, so was not sure what to expect. This is a lil loose but that's what I prefer. It is silky. I washed it by hand out of fear of it shrinking, but was worried for nothing. I could have machine washed it in cold. I air dried it tho and no wrinkles, so would not ruin the skirt. It is a shear skirt as in silky thin material (not real see thru) I think it could tear easy so handle with care!!! I'd wear a slip to play it safe. I will wear it to church Sun and have a better input. I plan to order more skirts from this company, becuz super soft & classy look!! Good quality!!! For sizing reference, I'm 5'3", currently around 143 lbs with measurements about 41"-30"-40" (bust-waist-hip), and I'm wearing size 4-6 in jeans or a medium in most brands right now. Another random note but I have a shorter torso with longer legs (proportionally). I purchased this in a LARGE in the color WINE RED. For fit, this one was good. Out of all the satin skirts that I purchased off Amazon (I was searching for one to wear to a Christmas party), I liked this one the most. The color was really pretty, this size fit me well, it had nice flow, and the length worked well for me. The waistband on these are always cheap though, just an elastic band sewn along the top that tends to flip around, so don't love that; this one could also be seen over the top (see the pic; black waistband, red skirt, so super visible), so if you wear a bodysuit that isn't black, it'll be obvious. Material wise, it felt like the same cheap satin material of all these Amazon skirts; if you've purchased one, you know what I mean. It tends to cling randomly because of static and it shows the lines of anything you wear beneath them. I wanted to wear a bodysuit, but because of the material, you could see the line of it in the front when it sat too close to my skin, even in a thong style. These skirts in this material also seem to highlight any bit of lower belly fat you have, but it's whatever. Overall, I sent this one back right away. I wouldn't say it's any worse than any other skirt of this style on Amazon, I just didn't love the length, the fit, or the color, not to mention it's way overpriced for what it is. I can’t believe they are charging $30 for this skirt. It is the same kind of fabric that cheap shower curtains are made of. It doesn’t even have a nice hem, it is just folded over and hemmed like a dish rag would be. I didn’t even try it on. The cheap plastic fabric was all I had to see.
