I really wanted to love these, but I don't. They bunch up and balloon out in the front as soon as I bend forward even a little. The button is cheap-looking and too big for the hole. It takes a few seconds to get them buttoned and unbuttoned. They are far more flared than the picture would have you believe. If you want to have them look peg-legged you will have to fold the cuffs over before rolling them up. On the positive side, the fabric is soft and the pants are well-constructed. They run large, I'm a 2/26 and an xs would've been a better fit I think. I know they're supposed to be a slouch fit but they would feel better a bit tighter. They're quite long, and too long on me to not look like Roger Rabbit when cuffed. I may hem them up to ankle length and I think that will look better. They're very soft and comfortable and I love brown corduroy in general so I'll keep them. Read more

Obviously I don't know what corduroy is because these pants are not what I was expecting. That said, I like the feel of the fabric but it's pretty thin and the fit is odd. I like loose and baggy but these are almost parachute pants. I can't figure out what's wrong and actually tried to return them until I realized these were not a normal purchase (these "free" samples are not returnable). These pants are the cutest. They do fit true to size - go by the provided the size chart and you should be good. Let me tell you about the pants. These pants exceeded my expectations. The material is a midweight velvety soft corduroy. They taper in at the bottom and fall right at the ankle on my 5' 2" but 29" inseam body. I also am curvy so they feel more fitted in the thigh , hips and bum. Nice size side pockets on the side and two back pockets. These are a nice addition to your business casual wardrobe. Read more
