I got the darker blue version and it was a good color. The golden buttons are a nice embellishment for the front of the vest. I was also happy to find out that the vest has actual functioning pockets on either side in the front. This is great to carry small cargo like lipstick, chap stick, maybe a key or two, some folded up money, or a credit and ID card or ear buds or something else. The length was a good length for me but bodies vary so that may be different for you. I am 5ft 2in. I ordered the extra large because often sizes run small. but I think this was sized either true to size or actually a bit more generous than that. I probably would have been better ordering a Medium or a Large size instead. Maybe consider ordering a size smaller when ordering this vest. This vest will look cute with so many items, skirts, pants, shorts, and dresses. It will also fit in with western-wear or other casual or dressy clothing. I love this denim vest. Relatively lightweight (not bulky); great quality, style and overall look. The fit is perfect and comfortable, except that the "XS" size fits snug across a larger chest. So I wear something under it and keep the top button(s) open. The cut and stitching give it a tailored/tapered quality detailed appearance. The buttons look more substantial than they are, but that's not a problem (just a surprise). The waist-height pockets are real; upper pocket is not. Nice addition to my wardrobe. I recommend it. This denim vest looks great paired with your favorite turtleneck or blouse. It adds that extra style and warmth for the colder weather. The denim does not have much stretch to it so it is very form fitting. I normally wear a medium so that is what I ordered but I tend to be a little top heavy which made this a little bit tighter than I normally like so be sure to check the size chart before ordering. The vest has beautiful gold buttons and three pocket placards making it look like a higher quality garment and a good value for the price. It is a cotton blend it is machine washable but if it is tight, I would hang to dry instead of with a dryer. Read more

This vest is stylish, lightweight, and easy to wear. At first, I wasn’t a fan of the buttons since they’re thin and hollow in the back, but I actually came to appreciate that design… it makes them much easier to fasten and unfasten since your finger can slip underneath. On me, it feels a little short-waisted, but that’s probably because I’m a 38DD. While I can button it, I’d have to be careful about what I wear underneath, so I’ll most likely style it unbuttoned. Worn open, it also gives the look a little extra length, which I like. Overall, I’m happy with it. It’s versatile, stylish, and I think it will be a great addition to my wardrobe. Read more
