I was blown away by the quality and feel of this pearl adorned cardigan. The fabric is really thick and warm; perfect for layering with long sleeved tops for the colder months or paired with a camisole for the cooler Spring days. The color and style look exactly like the photos and the fit is true to size. The pearls are attached evenly and snugly but it is advised to hand wash this garment to avoid damaging or losing any of the pearls. Love this sweater; it's gorgeous. The pearl buttons are an attractive classic touch. The material is soft and warm. I love the drop shoulders. However, the only thing I don't love is that the drop shoulders and the sleeves seem a little baggy on me. The upside to this is that you can definitely wear long sleeves underneath the sweater. I am pretty small and thin, so what looks a bit baggy on me may NOT be on someone whose frame and shoulders are just a little bigger than me. This won't stop me from wearing it, since a bit baggy is the look. The versatility is a big plus since this sweater would look right with jeans or with skirts and dresses. Just the right touch. Absolutely beautiful sweater! I am surprised at how soft and warm this item is - the pearls are sewn in very well and the sweater is an open cardigan style. It's very versatile and can be worn casually as well as professionally. This item is a great fit for my business casual wardrobe and pairs well with denim on those casual workdays but looks polished with a nice pair of slacks or over a tailored dress & heels. This sweater is soft to the touch. I haven't washed yet to see how it holds up but I would suggest hand washing only. The pearls are not even and I would let it slide but it's too noticeable. I'm sure if your wearing it no one will really notice unless they're staring and pearl counting is there thing. It's pretty thick material so it keeps you warm. The clasp is good quality. It fits well, a bit loose on me which is the look I was going for. Read more
