I used this on a road trip to sleep on top of beds instead of in beds at airbnbs. It worked great for that purpose. I had tried a mummy bad before, but hated feeling so constricted. This rectangular bag was much more roomy. I used it for about 2 weeks straight every night and it's very comfortable, kept my temperature regulated. I also used a silk liner with it. It packs down fairly small and is lightweight since it's down. I hope to use it for camping soon too! Read more
We bought this when it was on sale for $120. It is worth that, but not more than that. My son said that this was plenty warm and comfortable when we went camping this summer. But of course 30F rating means you can sleep comfortably at about 50 or so. Definitely late Spring to early Fall only. It's much lighter than his previous synthetic stuffed bag (Marmot). My son is still just a skinny kid, so this was roomy for him. Quality-wise, his zipper did get stuck pretty hard on the 2nd use, but I was able to get it undone pretty quick. It didn't tear. I was asked about "Durability" but that seems like an odd question to me. It's a lightweight, thin sleeping bag. Of course it's not durable? No modern bag will ever be as durable as an old-fashioned canvas type sleeping bag with flannel lining. I wouldn't put it directly on the ground? Read more
This is the second bag we have purchased for a grandchild. It will be used in the summer for outdoor camping. Read more
I've not used this yet, so I cannot speak to the warmth. It's very small.....& light. It can be fluffed out and is very comfortable. Love the colors. Very pleased with this purchase! Read more
I am using this bag in our trailer and it was extremely comfortable. Note- this is a women’s sleeping bag which was not noted in the description. It only shows the women’s marking in the photos. And it has about 8 oz less down than the longer version. Read more
I love this sleeping bag. I used it on a 12 day backpacking trip. It was awesome. My only complaint is the zipper is a little hard to zip and unzip. Read more
Definitely not as pictured or described in the product description, and I’m returning it. I had qualms about it because I saw a couple of spots on it after I unrolled it. But since I didn’t open it until I was already on my trip, I had no choice but to use it. The bag was flat and no more comfortable than a sheet - that’s how thin it felt. The zipper kept snagging about 3/4 of the way up. The night time temps ranged from 40-47 F and the sleeping bag did not keep me warm by itself. Luckily my friend brought an extra wool blanket and I was able to put that on top of the sleeping bag to help keep the warmth in. It is super lightweight, rolled up neatly and fit back into the bag with no issues and I liked the colors. Read more
