This Kensington Adjustable Aluminum Laptop Stand for Desk is a great and very portable laptop stand! I love that it folds flat and can go right into the same bag you keep your laptop in, but I also love that it came with it's own little drawstring bag. It's very simple to figure out how it works, and it does allow adjustment for 5 different angles. It has rubber stoppers to keep it in place on your desk, and to keep the laptop from sliding down. This would also make a great stand for any tablet or portable monitor. With that said, I personally think $50 is too pricey for what it is, especially considering how many less expensive alternatives are out there, which is why I've taken away 1 star. Read more

I bought this as a stand for a Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 since Wacom hasn't gotten around to making one of their subpar stands available for their new line of Cintiqs. This worked like a charm and fit on my desk pretty easily. The one caution I would have is depending on how your monitor is setup you might find the adjustable back of this thing bumping against it. I didn't have that problem, but I could see where it was an issue. If you want a good inexpensive stand for a Cintiq then this does the job nicely. Read more
This is the best laptop riser I've used. It is light weight so easy to throw in my backpack. Adjustable so fits me well. Well built and does not scratch the back of my laptop like some of the metal frame risers. Perfect for me - I've purchased these for myself as well as for my colleagues. Read more
I purchased this because I needed a base with similar features for air circulation and where it fit into a laptop carry bag. Fit is perfect. Satisfied with the ability to create space underneath the laptop. I was surprised that there are only two options for setting the angle for the laptop; either closed down flat or max angle where it's definitely not useful for keyboard functionality. 5 stars it the stand provided more flexibility in angle adjustments.
