Won’t tighten up on tripod
It works great as a video recorder. The only issue I have is that it will not tighten down on the tripod. I am going to have to use a rubber washer to lock it down. Read more

Small, easy to install and it works
I get stuck in too many virtual meetings and was depending on my laptop camera for these. Bad idea, couldn't get the light to appear natural, auto-focus sucked and it was a little glitchy. This I went shopping for another solution, I settled on this because it seemed to have all the features I wanted: strong software, easy setup and reliability.
