I brought this product to increase my 3 mile power walks before and after work. Love the fact that I can use my own weights. Easy to use. Fits me perfectly I'm 5'9 260lbs . Just 2 things I don't like about the product. 1st thing is it says it hold up to 150 lbs but u can only put 1 big plate on that's it no room for more. ( 25, 35, 45). 2nd thing is you have to stop and re tighten the bolts so the weights doesn't fall off. ( about every half mile). I don't recommend running with this product. Read more

I am 6'1" 230lbs I bought this to up the intensity of my workouts. I am not a small guy but this vest will not fit you if you are pretty muscular. I am at the very end of the adjustment. It's a very nice vest and we'll built but the adjustment is not enough. Read more

Does not work with 45lb plate as there is not enough room for it. Only works for smaller size plates 35lb and under. Also, weights fall off during pushups as Velcro is not strong enough Read more

Be warned quite of uncomfortable when you go over 50lbs. Before buying just remember after you're done doing a set of squats, pushups, pullups etc and sit down to rest the weight will be constantly digging into your trap muscles and feel uncomfortable until you finally take it off. The vest will constantly shift out of place too, tighten the straps the best you can. Read more
