I have used these dumb bells for over 4 months now and I'm very happy with them. The only negative thing I could say about them is that when you put them back in their rack while there are some weights still in the rack, is that it's a little difficult at times to get them seated properly. Maybe that issue will go away over time, or maybe it won't, but isn't not a big issue to me. The weights work like they should and it's easy to adjust the weight setting. The only other thing is that I probably should have ordered the weight set that was the next heavier (up to 50lb.) but I didn't know how much I would need, so that's on me!
