After much searching, and trying one other mug that did not live up to its marketing, I am glad to report that this one does. It is large enough to hold a real mug’s worth of coffee or tea, and stays hot for more than an hour at the highest setting. It does not charge quickly, and does not stay hot 8 hours unless it is sitting on the charging base, but it is as good as I think one can find. The color is nice too. Read more
I bought this as a gift for my husband for Christmas, but I have secretly used it. It works great so far and keeps the coffee warm. I would only use the lowest setting because the coffee can get pretty hot if you use a higher setting. I think I'm going to have to get one for myself! Read more

I was comparing 3 different battery heat mugs and I decided to choose this one for the price and size. I didn’t want any apps on my phone to change temperature. This mug is great and easy to use. My goal was to drink more unsweetened tea and when my tea got cold I wouldn’t finish the cup. But now with this heat mug I’m having more than a cup a day. It’s so nice watching tv without the base and my drink stays warm. I keep the base on my desk so when I use the computer or play games I can put the cup down on it. I haven’t had the cup long enough to notice any battery issues but so far I’m loving my mug. Read more
Fantastic mug. Love it. Heats properly. With the lid on, my coffee stays hot for a long time. The heat escapes fastest from the exposed liquid surface in a mug - so keep the lid on. Stays charged for a while. Great value especially compared to some other overpriced competing brands. I had an issue with the mug and I messaged Kepwam customer service. They were really quick to respond and extremely helpful. Thinking of getting a smaller second cup so I can enjoy slowly drinking my triple shot cafe au lait at the coffee shop. Read more
It was great, until it stopped working. I liked it so much better than my Ember mug that lasted 3-4 years before it stopped working. I loved the ability to turn on and control heat settings from the side of the mug. I loved the lid and it was comfortable to drink out of. It was annoying that it didn't fit in a standard cup holder for car rides, but all of the PROS outweighed that one CON. After 3-4 months of use, I noticed a ring of blueish residue on the charging disc. That was the beginning of the end. The residue kept reoccurring and a few weeks later it stopped working. The residue was from the battery inside the bottom of the mug. We do not have a dishwasher, so the mug was always hand washed. I really loved this mug, but can't justify taking a chance to buy again if it is only going to last 4 months. Read more
