Assembly is simple and straightforward with clear step-by-step diagrams. I took my time assembling the bed without any help. It is indeed possible to complete the job in two hours. I am 83 years old and not in a hurry so took plenty of time with it without any moments of confusion or panic and enjoying a few cups of coffee along the way.
