Great product but use with care
It works great and the light is very bright. I'd just warn you to build up to using it because if you're not used to it and right away Start wearing it all the time you might end up pulling a muscle. I pulled some muscle in my upper back and for a week I couldn't work out at all except walking. That was my fault though so I give 5 stars for the product itself. Good quality, reflective strip and bright light for safety. Easy to change out the extra weights. Good weight distribution. Fits great with adjustable straps. Read more
KHTO - COMFORTABLE AND ALMOST ODORLESS
I walk a lot for my health. Then I found out that a weighted vest could help to strengthen my bones. It took me a while to find KHTO, but is was worth the search. I wear it regularly and find it very comfortable. One of the best features is that I can adjust the weight. The vest is also well finished and sturdy. I enjoy having my phone and keys easily within reach in the pocket. I can walk hands free and enjoy music or a chat on my phone. I've been telling my friends about this vest, and I strongly recommend it to anyone reading this review. And by the way, price is very reasonable. Read more

Easy to pull out the extra 1.5 weight packs for later use. Was excited to use it this morning for the first time. I am female, 5'6". Fits well - doesn't shift around; easy to pull the side straps to tighten for a good fit. The X shape is comfortable on the shoulders and torso. No complaints.
