These are hands-down, the best house shoes I have ever owned in my life. I referred to them as house shoes instead of slippers, because that’s exactly what I wear them as: shoes that I only wear in the house. I have gotten so tired of loose fitting, oversized, sloppy house shoes/slippers that fall off of my feet. I wanted something comfortable that I can clean my house in and do chores. I can freely move around the house without my slippers falling off and these are perfect for what I needed. I normally wear a size 7, but I actually sized down one size because I want a very snug fitting house shoe that won’t slip off. These are absolutely perfect: snug, warm, provide terrific arch support, very soft and have grip so that I don’t slip and fall while going up and down stairs or walking on slick floors. I was apprehensive because they are a little more expensive than some of the cheaper options, but they are worth every penny and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a functional indoor house shoe. They are actually so well-made that you could wear them as regular shoes outside for walking and going to the grocery store if you really wanted to. These slippers are great! I ordered my size, and they are slightly roomy. The color is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. They are very comfortable - soft, thick lining, warm. These aren’t flat-flat-flat like Uggs are - I will never buy Uggs because they are so uncomfortable, you definitely do not feel like you are walking around on cardboard. The rubber sole absorbs much of your steps, so you don’t feel the floor when you walk, and provides a bit of a cushion. Because the rubber comes up the heel of the shoe, when I rest my feet on the marble coffee table, it provides a cushion for my heel and I don’t have to change position. If I hadn’t planned on wearing them as my house slippers this winter, I could definitely wear them out, they look so smart. The insole isn’t memory foam, like I had my fingers crossed there would be, but nonetheless I am happy I chose these over others I had considered. Women's Genuine Suede Moccasin Slippers- 11-11.5 Mocha I absolutely love the color/dark brown and they appear to be made of a quality genuine suede and with quality workmanship- time will tell. I normally wear 10.5, but always have to have to order 11 off online. Usually the option is a straight size 11, I was a bit skeptable when it said 11 to 11.5, but I thought I would try anyways. Let me tell you that these 11.5 slippers are none too big for my 10.5 feet. And the Toe Box is none too wide. In fact, if you're needing a wide width slipper, this one isn't for you. For me, I like the snug fit. I won't be able to wear them when I get swelling from my lymphedema, but when I don't have the swelling, these are comfortable. I fall easily , but I feel secure keeping my balance more walking in these with the way the slipper fits and tread on the sole. I haven't had a pair of suede slippers that didn't stretch out some over time. So I'm going to keep these in hopes that the toe box loosens up a little for a little more comfort. Read more
