The media could not be loaded. We’ve had this musical play set for about nine months now, and it has been used by two kids who are not gentle with their toys at all. I’m honestly impressed with how well it has held up. The only signs of wear are a few small paint scrapes, but all of the pieces are still intact and working perfectly. My toddler absolutely loves it and has even started making up her own little songs, which has been really fun to watch. It’s been a great starter music set for encouraging interest in music without being overwhelming. My younger baby enjoys playing with it as well, so it’s been used across different ages in our house. The music set is primarily wooden apart from plastic guitar strings, metal details in the shaker, and the felt details on the maracas. The plastic strings make different noises on the guitar and can be “tuned” but I wouldn’t expect it to ever sound like a true guitar as it’s a kids toy. For the price, you get a really good amount of items, and the durability has exceeded my expectations. Everything still works as it should after months of daily play. If you’re looking for a fun, engaging musical toy for a toddler who’s starting to show interest in music, I definitely recommend this set. Read more
