**Please consult your doctor or the doctor of the person these are for before using. I am not a doctor** I love the adult ones for myself. I wear women's size 6. I bought these for my son who wears boy's size 11-12. He has complained of less growing pains since I switched out his soles. Installation was easy. I matched up the original sole to this new hard plastic one, traced a line and cut the original sole. I inserted the toes part of the original sole followed by this new insert. Works but not enough padding
Pro: looks well made, does as intended, looked like it was made for even bigger feet than described, Cons: very hard material doesn’t have much padding. Doesn’t come with any adhesive to keep them from moving around in the shoes, Over all besides the comfort it works as intended, my sine says his feet do not hurt as nearly as much when he didn’t have them. They only hurt since there are hardly any padding. Would definitely recommend. Read more

My daughter really likes these insoles and the support they provide her feet. She runs track and cross country. The 3/4 length makes it easy for her to switch them from her running shoes to her school shoes. Read more

Very high, great for a truly high arch, lacks any cushioning or comfort.
Fit is perfect it isn’t for the entire foot but for the back half. It is very high and nice for kids with high arches I knocked off stars because they are hard and could be much more comfortable. I told mine that if these help I’ll get her some more $ softer ones. If your trying to see if something like this will help without breaking the bank to try it out first. Amazing!!
We bought these for my daughter who could hardly walk because we thought she twisted her ankle. Then she started to show us where the pain was and we thought these were worth a try. She was back to playing soccer within days of putting these in her every day shoes. Apparently arch support is important for kids too! Who knew?🤦 Read more
Works Great for Heel Pain!
We have loved many of the kidsole products but my daughter was still having heel pain during soccer. We decided to give this new product a try and her heel pain has decreased tremendously! We ended up getting 2 pairs...one for school shoes and one for soccer cleats. Thankful to have found a product to help her pain! Read more
