42F, noticed my eyelid skin was crepey and I had trouble finding a product that targeted this. I’ve been using this product for about a month and am noticing a smoother texture on my eyelids. I put the product on fairly thick AM and PM predominately on eye lid and a light layer under eye. With this technique, I would say the consistency is slightly greasy but I think that is what’s helping improve the texture, and it does absorb in after a little time. I do not wear eye make up, so this should be considered if you do (lighter layer, letting absorb before applying make up, etc). Overall I am very happy with this product and will continue to use. Really transformed my Dry under eyes to moisturized. Thick and great quality ingredients. Once your skin absorbs it, you feel great. No greasy sensation. As expected for Kiel’s products, it is slightly more money but it’s worth it for moisturization. No acids/brightness in the ingredients but by moisturizing your under eyes I’ve noticed it has also brightened the dull skin as well. I have repurchased this product and will continue to do so. I have been on the hunt for a night eye cream that 1. Doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, 2. Is safe for sensitive skin, and 3. Actually moisturizes (aka: I do not wake up with dry flaky skin in the outer corners of my eyes). I have tried Philosophy, Honest, CeraVe, Good Molecules and Andolu Naturals to name a few. None have lived up to thier descriptions. My MIL and SIL have been using Kiehl’s facial care products for years so I decided to give this cream a try. Let me tell you it is the first one that actually moisturizes my entire eye area! Don’t expect a miracle, this will not lessen your under eye circles and I cannot say that my wrinkles are less visible but I am hoping with time that it will lessen my crows feet since that area is now getting properly moisturized. Truth be told this stuff is thick and I recommend only using this at night as it takes overnight to really absorb into your skin. I absolutely adore this eye cream. It is so hydrating & really helps my eyes look awake. I'm astonished at the positive reviews. One review said that the product is thick but goes on easily. I found it very difficult to get it to be absorbed. But worse, when I woke up, the skin under my left eye was worse than it had been before bedtime. The only advantage to this eye cream that I can see is that it's not as expensive as some of them. But it's useless at moisturizing or reducing wrinkles, at least for this 79-year-old woman. Read more
