Overall this is a good steamer. I like that you don't have to hold the button down. It heats up quickly and puts out a lot of steam. However, it does not work like the ads show, especially on the oven. I had to really work and scrub over and over again to finally get the grease off of the oven window. The microfiber pad attchement works very well on cat vomit stains and the hose attachment and nozzle work great to clean the jets in tub and along the shower door tracks. Read more

Didn't work for me. I use my steamer on clothes and to steam hats for embroidery. This unit shoots out more water than steam. I thought the first unit may have been bad, I returned it for an exchange, when the second unit got here, it was the same. This would work great if you just used it for cleaning where the water isn't an issue. Read more

It's my first time getting this type of a steam cleaner and this device has been great. It's very useful with general cleaning and removing germs and bacteria around the house. It's very simple and easy to use and seems to be quite durable and efficient, also light and handy. It has different gears for different use. Heat up time and water retention is fine, but the "heat" isn't great. By the time the water exits the nozzle it's "hot" not "steam clean baked in grease" hot. Read more
