Fortunately, I haven't had a reason to use this tape yet, but I suspect it’s only a matter of time since I’m older than dirt. I’m glad I was able to order it through Vine, and it will be useful to have it in the medicine cabinet. As is my habit, I compared prices for similar items. These two 5-meter rolls are priced at or near the lower end of the market. If I do end up using it and find it doesn't deserve a 5-star rating, I will post an update. Read more
I got this K tape for my own use. Getting older with a stubborn attitude, I have various muscular aches and overuse. The first use I tried was a strip along my wrist, supporting my wrist and thumb. I cut off from the roll the amount I thought I would need. But honestly, you could and should cut it just a tad short. It's very convenient to have the grid printed on the back of the paper! I peeled off part of the back, stuck on a partial amount of one end, then gently stretched the tape as I then secured it down the rest of the strip. I found the stretch of the tape to be nice, I was expecting something firmer, but the elasticity allows for natural movement. I'm unsure on how I feel about the adhesion. When applied to my wrist, I felt like it could be sticker to be optimal. However, I used this on my grade school daughter, who had over stretched her shoulder in dance… and removing the tape was a whole big ordeal! So, maybe don't use on an area (or person) that would be sensitive to something like a bandage coming off. Read more

The colors are fun, and I really like the grid marks on the back—they make it super easy to measure and cut the right length. The strips peel cleanly off the backing, and the tape itself has a nice stretch to it, while still being strong. I used about a 12-inch piece (cut into three strips) to wrap my ankle, and it’s been holding steady with no peeling at the edges. The adhesive is strong but not irritating, and it feels supportive while still letting me move comfortably. For the price, I think this tape is a good buy. It does exactly what I need, sticks well, and looks good doing it. I’d definitely repurchase. Read more
I feel like there's a little more give (elasticity) in this kinesiology tape than in others I've tried in the past. This may or may not be a good thing, based on your use cases and situations. Overall, it works pretty well. I keep one roll in my car and the other roll in my first aid kit. The price is on the lower side of average for similar kinesiology tape products, so it's a value but not astonishingly so. Read more
After buying a wide variety of kinds of tapes, this is probably the best I have. it provides solid support and is easy to apply. It is a bit hard to remove. But it is a reasonable price. Read more
I recently received this Kinesiology Tape. My initial impression was of a very high-quality athletic tape, with its elastic and breathable claims suggesting it would provide great support without restricting movement or irritating the skin. The two different shades of blue were also a nice touch. I used this to tape a calf that needed support during physical activity, and I was very pleased with the performance. What I particularly liked about the product is its combination of strong support with great comfort. The tape has excellent elasticity, allowing it to move with the muscle as I exercise without feeling restrictive. It provided the perfect amount of support for my calf. I was also impressed by its adhesion—it stayed securely in place through a workout and a shower but was still easy and painless to remove. The hypoallergenic and breathable cotton material also meant there was no redness or irritation on my skin. I don't have any specific dislikes or areas for improvement. The product delivers exactly what it promises: a high-quality, effective, and comfortable sports tape. In summary, this Kinesiology Tape is an excellent product for anyone looking for reliable support for their muscles and joints. Its great adhesion, flexibility, and skin-friendly design make it a highly recommended choice for therapy, recovery, or athletic performance. Read more
I’ve been dealing with some forearm pain/ strain during weightlifting, and my chiropractor recommended kinesiology tape to help with support and recovery. This pack was a great find. It has two rolls in two different colors (green & blue), which is a nice bonus. The tape is super stretchable and easy to cut into whatever shape you need. I applied a strip before heading to the gym, and it stayed in place well throughout my workout and provided the support I needed. Even after a shower, the adhesive held up surprisingly well and only started to lift a bit at the edges, which is expected. Overall, this tape offers solid performance at a great price. Whether you're dealing with minor muscle strain or just want extra support, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try. Read more
This is good stuff! I've been taped quite a lot. Tape without writing and patterns tends to stick the best. This a set of two plain rolls that have no edges cut. Perfect! I want to be able to make all of the adjustments. It has the right pattern on the sticky side, and is plenty sticky. The only difference I discern is that the tape is a bit rougher than others, but I don't need it to be silky soft. Would order it again. The price point is also pretty great at $12.99 for two rolls.
