Terrible tape. Does not stay on. Not even remotely durable. Tried three separate times and each time the edges come off. The pic I added here is BEFORE I did the treadmill. There is no lotion/oil/moisture to prevent it from sticking. I’ve been using k tape long enough to know how to apply it. Don’t waste your money. Read more

My son is having ACL surgery on Monday and has been in PT for the past few weeks to get himself to his strongest self possible before the surgery. He is a competitive athlete and is familiar with kinesiology tape. However, this is his first surgery and I know, with my daughter having had this same surgery many years ago, that the road to full health is a long one. I am not able to fully rate this knee tape at the moment as he will not be using it for a few weeks. Though, what I already love about this tape is that it is perfectly designed to support his ACL injury. With kinesio tape, more than half the trouble is figuring out how to cut and apply the tape for a specific condition. My thought is that these 10, pre-cut tapes will be helpful for him to "plug 'n play" when he is ready to use them. After which time, he will be able to mirror the design when he runs out of these knee tapes and has to create a replica with a roll of kinesio tape. Read more
