This item sticks. It’s not hard to get the backing off to apply it. It will last several days even through showers, but it’s not difficult to remove. I would buy this again. If I had anything bad to say, it’s only that it does leave, sometimes, some adhesive on the skin. That is no big deal to me. I like that I can cut it the way I want to. Read more
This works really well. Its easy to cut and shape to suit my needs. I was able to stretch it a fair bit too and it stayed where I placed it for over 24 hours. I did peel it off in the shower and it peeled off with ease, not sure how painful it would be out of the shower though. It left a little bit of sticky residue but ive found that's pretty normal for these products in general and its easy to clean off with some rubbing alcohol anyways. I think the size is good and its a great value for the price Read more

The Magic Sticky Strips That Actually Know What They're Doing! My chiropractor introduced me to this stuff years ago, and taught me some application techniques, which are different for each different body part from shoulders to bunions and everything in between. After years of cross-training and turning my body into a personal science experiment, I've become something of a kinesiology tape connoisseur — think wine tasting, but for athletic adhesives that keep my joints from staging a revolt. When I saw this WAWDBBJQY tape (gesundheit!), I figured I'd give it a shot alongside my usual name-brand favorites. Spoiler alert: my knees can't tell the difference, but my bank account definitely can. The Tape Whisperer Seal of Approval: Let me be clear upfront — kinesiology tape isn't just colorful fashion tape for athletes who want to look extra sporty (though it does make you feel slightly more professional when you're grimacing through burpees). This stuff is legitimate biomechanical wizardry when you know how to use it properly. It's like having a tiny physical therapist living on your skin, gently reminding your muscles and joints how to behave. This particular tape performs exactly like the big-name brands I've been loyal to for years. The 150% stretch capacity means it moves with you instead of turning into a rigid prison for your joints. I've been using it on my knees during heavy squat sessions and long runs, and it provides that perfect balance of support without making me feel like I'm wrapped in athletic duct tape. The adhesive strength is spot-on — sticky enough to survive my sweatiest workouts (and I'm talking "human sprinkler system" levels of perspiration), but it peels off cleanly. I've also used this for relief from Tennis Elbow. The Water-Resistant Reality: The "waterproof" claim isn't just marketing fluff. I've worn this through multiple shower sessions and sweaty workouts, and it stays put like it's personally invested in my joint stability. The water ripple design isn't just aesthetic — it actually helps with application and removal, which anyone who's wrestled with cheap athletic tape can appreciate. If you've never used kinesiology tape before, just know that it's not a magic cure-all that you slap on randomly and expect miracles. There's actual technique involved — direction matters, tension matters, placement matters. But when you get it right? Game changer. It's like having a conversation with your muscles where you're actually speaking the same language for once. For us seasoned tape users, this delivers everything the expensive stuff does: proper elasticity, reliable adhesion, breathable material that doesn't turn your skin into a sweaty mess, and zero latex. At this price point, you're getting name-brand performance. This tape does exactly what it promises. It supports without restricting, stays put without becoming a permanent skin feature, and gives your body the gentle reminder it needs to function. For anyone serious about training, recovery, or just making it through daily life with joints that cooperate instead of constantly filing complaints, this is solid gold at a fraction of the premium price. As a massage therapist, I always recommend using this tape over a brace. I have found for myself that it offers the most stabilization for my knee and helps it to not shift. You do have to make sure you get it positioned right though, you can’t just slap it on and be done. This tape is easy to cut/tear to get the right size pieces and with 2 rolls, you’re getting quite a good amount of uses out of this which makes it a good value. It functions just as well as some other higher priced name brands. Read more

This roll of kinesi tape came exactly as I expected. The quality, thickness, stretchability, stickiness, are all up to par with any other brand I've used. Once you put it on, it stays really well. It does leave a sticky residue but it works. I think it's good value for the money. Read more
