The significant pain relief is great! This works better than the 5% lidocaine patches. I found it super easy to self-apply!! Just prep the area with rubbing alcohol first along with your hands they have oil on them too. Then I separate the serrated lines without removing any backing first. Then after laying it against my shoulder and arm to decide location I peeled only section number one and put it where it belonged and then you peel each section separately as you apply it hold the very end of the peeling to hold the tape by and then once you stretch enough relax it and let that last piece paper come off and create a good anchor for it. Repeat until completely applied. The adhesive is superior I haven't had any allergic reaction to it like I do the strips I buy at Walmart and it's been strong enough to stand up to a couple showers. I will be using baby oil or light olive oil to remove these in the shower without any skin damage. Then once out of the shower clean the area with alcohol again and reapply. I actually received enough pain relief and ease of pressure from this that the shoulder has begun to actually heal! Great product would recommend it to anyone. Read more

The product does seem to work as described. My only dislikes are the difficulty getting it on my shoulder, due to the flimsiness of the tape, and the residue left on my shoulder and arm after I remove it. I also experienced irritation after removing it, especially around the arm. Read more

Did not work fory husband but may for you. Be advised to have massage oil on hand for removal, even then it is very painful. It is super adhesive to skin. Advise shaving area before applying. Read more
