Only problem it is a definite 2 person job and the perforations are not cut so it is difficult to tear the paper off properly section by section without messing up the tape. Tried twice to tape my shoulder with this and ended up throwing away a wadded up mess both times. The perforations don't separate cleanly and the paper backing tears instead. This tape is not elastic so any support depends on how tight you pull the tape, no stretch. It does not hold its shape long enough to position it so it just clumps and sticks to itself.
