I use this tape for a multitude of reasons to help me. -Stabilize shoulders -Hip -Stabilize Knees -Wrists It works wonders. With generic brands I would always get itching and rashed out and it wouldn’t stick well. But this sticks, and it doesn’t irritate or bother my sensitive skin at all. For how big the roll is, it’s definitely worth the money, I’d even recommend getting more than one of these at a time to save on costs lasted on. I bought 3 myself. The tape lasts me 3-4 days at a time and it sticks even in the water which is a blessing. Super comfy and overall just amazing tape. It’s durable with movement as I move a lot during the day. The thickness is way thicker than I expected. I laughed when I got the rolls in because it surprised me just how large the rolls really are! As I said already, an amazing tape. I ordered this roll of PHYTOP Kinesiology Tape Precut - 115ft (140 Strips) not appreciating how large it would be until it arrived. It is much larger than expected so I should have tape for the rest of my life. I have some off and on foot issues, and using Kinesiology tape really helps it feel much better when I am walking a lot. I love the convenience of precut strips as it is very easy to tear off a few and put them in my backpack or luggage in case I need some. The adhesive lasts well and it doesn't really pull skin a lot when removing it. I don't like getting it wet because it seems becomes more difficult to remove and not leave adhesive behind. This is a large roll of K tape and is conveniently precut to make it even easier to use. The edges are already rounded, and I am very impressed with how well it adheres yet comes off without leaving a residue. I taped my knee, and it has stayed on for three days, surviving through two showers and pulling leggings on over it. I've always believed that keeping tape on for more than three days is worthless as it's done the job it was meant to do and is probably a little stretched out so time to put new on. This is my first time using Kinesiology tape. The tape items seems to be good quality. It has no odor, is relatively thin, and the adhesive is sticky, though when I used it on my heal, it quickly peeled off from friction with my shoe. Although the pre-cut size can be convenient, it precludes use cases where you want a longer strip. I didn't experience any skin irritation. I like the grids on the back tape, for use as a guide in cutting. The tape is easy to cut. Regarding efficacy of the tape itself, from what I've read, and from my limited use, I'm skeptical, but again, this is from a first time user. Read more
This generous supply of pre-cut K-Tape offers a sufficient amount of tape for the entire team. I appreciate a pre-cut format for the K-Tape since it negates the need for a scissors. Yet, should the user prefer a customized design, it's possible to form these strips into the desired or needed configuration. The tape has good stretch, excellent hold (no rolling or lifting of the edges while I wore it for several hours), and no residue left behind upon removal. The tape is 95% coton and 5% spandex which provided a comfortable wearing experience. This is an excellent value for 140 strips at the current price of $29.69. Very large roll with a generous amount of pre-cut tape. My husband and I are athletic and tape is our best friend. I like the ease of pre-cut tape so you don’t need to use scissors. The tape holds well and sticks to the skin nicely. We have had no issues with it coming off or peeling. Read more

These are nice rolls of precut kinesiology tape. They come in the 2 inch width, and each strip is 10 inches long. It is convenient to have the precut size if you commonly use the same length. The tape applies easily, and stays on nicely if applied to clean skin. The pre-cut rounded corners are nice so that the tape does not catch on clothing and come off when not desired. When taking off, it comes off nicely, and does not leave any residue. Read more
