Simple Way to Alleviate the Ache
This is the best kinesiology tape I've ever used. I like how it is made in convenient pre-cut lengths and how it stays in place until I'm ready to take it off. I am a 60-something woman, and my left leg is starting to act up. I wear a bamboo leg sleeve but when I need extra support (like when I feel a stab of pain)--I strategically place some of this k-tape on the spot and that pretty much takes care of the pain without having to swallow some ibuprofen. You get three different colored rolls (mine were black, blue and beige) in the box. Each roll has 60 strips of k-tape. It's a good value at the price being offered IMO. Read more
Avoid!!!
Tape ripped off my skin when trying to remove. Tried dry and also underwater. Neither helped and hurt so bad to take off. I now have bruising and cuts where I had the tape. Only on for 8 hours. Read more
